4. Product Specifications, Manufacturing Tolerances & Quotations

We prioritize engineering precision in every batch. Packaging products are manufactured according to customer-specific requirements, and specifications such as dimensions, paper or board grade, GSM, flute profile, number of plies, bursting strength, compression strength, printing, coating or lamination, die-cut structure, colour, tolerances, and quantity may vary depending on the agreed manufacturing specification.

• Precision Standards: We aim for a 0.5mm tolerance on specialized die-cut products.
• Material Variance: Technical variables like paper weight (GSM) and Bursting Factor (BF) are subject to industry-standard variances common in the Gujarat industrial market.
• Client Responsibility: It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the chosen board composition (3-ply to 7-ply) is fit for their specific load-bearing requirements.
• Binding Orders: A quotation, sample approval, technical drawing, purchase order, or specification sheet issued or accepted by Ayan Craftfold may supersede general website information. No quotation or enquiry submitted through this website constitutes an accepted purchase order — a binding commercial order exists only once the relevant commercial and technical terms have been agreed and accepted by both parties.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information required for the manufacture of their packaging, including dimensions, weight, material requirements, printing artwork, structural requirements, intended use, storage conditions, transportation requirements, and any applicable regulatory or industry requirements.

Where a specification is provided or approved by the customer, the customer remains responsible for confirming that the final packaging configuration is suitable for its intended application. Where samples, drawings, or prototypes are provided for approval, production may proceed based on the approved version.

6. Website Availability & Disclaimer of Warranties

We endeavour to keep this website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. We may temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance, security, technical, or operational reasons.

All original technical designs, custom "Craftfold" branding, site architecture, AI-optimized product layouts, and factory data are the property of, or licensed to, Ayan Craftfold Pvt Ltd. You may view and use the website for legitimate business and informational purposes.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from substantial portions of our website content — including our AI-optimized product layouts or factory data — without our prior written permission. 9. Customer-Provided Content

Where you submit artwork, logos, drawings, specifications, photographs, documents, or other materials to us, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide and use those materials for the requested purpose, and remain responsible for ensuring such content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

You grant Ayan Craftfold permission to use such materials only to the extent reasonably necessary to evaluate, quote, manufacture, communicate about, or otherwise fulfil your business enquiry or order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ayan Craftfold Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or relating to:

This indemnity does not apply to claims arising from Ayan Craftfold's own negligence or wilful misconduct.

• Logistics: Our Google Maps integration provides real-time navigation to our Halol GIDC facility.

12. Limitation of Liability

Ayan Craftfold Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

• technical inaccuracies in AI-generated web content;
• indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising solely from your use of this website or reliance on general website information; or
• transit delays or improper storage of paper-based products at the buyer's facility.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability arising from an applicable commercial agreement, product warranty, or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

For manufactured products, the applicable quotation, purchase order, approved specification, sample approval, or other commercial agreement shall govern the respective rights and obligations of the parties.

13. No Professional or Regulatory Advice

Where packaging is intended for regulated applications, the customer is responsible for identifying applicable regulatory requirements and communicating those requirements to Ayan Craftfold before production. 19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any contractual dispute-resolution provisions agreed between the parties, disputes relating to the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
